Venison Steak
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. tenderized and deboned steak or loin
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper lard or olive oil
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt and pepper on paper plate.
- Coat steaks well in this mixture.
- Fry in ½ inch oil or lard on high heat.
- The secret is to fry the steak fast and in hot oil.
- Fry until brown and enjoy.
