Venison Chops
Ingredients
- 4-6 venison chops flour
- Brown mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper
- Shortening
Instructions
- Dip chops in flour, brown quickly on both sides.
- Drain shortening off, mix brown mushroom soup with one can water, pour over chops.
- Simmer for one hour.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, green salad.
