Hearty Wild Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 2 pound box of Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ pound bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 8oz can tomatoes
- 1 8 oz. can of mushrooms
- 2 lbs. ground meat, (elk, deer, and moose)
- 1 tsp pork sausage seasoning
- ¾ cup taco sauce
Instructions
- Brown and crumble the ground meat, season with the pork sausage seasoning
- Melt the cheese and add remaining ingredients, including the meat mixture
- This can be done in a crock pot and kept warm for a party, serve as a dip over lettuce and chips
